The Music People Ltd. was a Canadian production music distributor. It was founded in 1974 by John Parry and Chris Stone, it was headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
The distributor's catalog was also distributed in Francophone Canada, as part of reciprocal agreement with Intermede Music. In March 2011, The Music People, Ltd. was acquired by Ole's Clear division.[1]
