Sam Fox Film Rights, Inc. was an American production music library and distributor based in New York, New York. Sam Fox started as a music publishing company in 1906 in Cleveland, Ohio. The company started to release recorded music in 1930. In 1956, Capitol Production Music’s Hi-“Q” Series licensed Sam Fox’s music under different track names. In 1957, Dennis Berry established The Synchro Recorded Music Library supplying Sam Fox’s tracks for distribution in the United Kingdom.

In the 1960s, Sam Fox and Synchro-Fox released vinyl albums. The last album was released in 1974.

In 2000, Carlin Music acquired the rights to the Sam Fox publishing company. A majority of the company’s tracks were reissued under the CPM Music label. In 2010, Carlin Music was purchased by Warner Chappell Music.
