OneMusic is an American production music library founded in 1997 by Jim Long, originally under Long's Honest Entertainment.
The library was one of the first to provide stems for majority of the tracks, through their LiquidTracks technology, which allowed the clients to remix tracks' stems to their own needs.
On February 25, 1997, One Music signed the deal with Zomba-owned FirstCom Music which gave the latter 50% interest in, and the exclusive distribution rights to, the former's music library in North America. [1]
In 2002, BMG purchased Zomba and amalgamated their production division to create the BMG Zomba Production Music, which still partially owned OneMusic.
In 2005, BMG purchased the remainder of the OneMusic Library from Long. Later, BMG Zomba Production Music was eventually sold to Universal Publishing Production Music.
