Production Music Wiki

Audio Network is a British production music library founded in 2001 by Robert Hurst and Andrew Sunnucks. It was originally launched as a partnership with US-based Soundstorm sound effects library.[1] In October 2001, the company signed agreements with initial batch of thirteen composers to create music library tracks.[2] Such songs were first released in March 2002, when Audio Network launched its website.[3]

In 2017, the company acquired its French distributor A-Music who was consequently renamed Audio Network France. [4]

In April 2019, Audio Network was purchased by Entertainment One, who in turn was purchased by Hasbro in the same year.

In April 2021, Hasbro announced to sell its eOne Music division to Blackstone equity group.[5] The sale completion was announced on June 29, 2021. [6]

In April 2023, Audio Network purchased Latin music company Voodoo Tracks, with the latter's albums integrated into former's catalogue.[7]

In October 2024, the company began representing entire portfolio of Audiomachine internationally, as well as selected repertoire in US.[8]
