Amphonic Music is a British production music library founded in 1970 by Syd Dale.
Originally the company was based in London, in 1976 it moved to Bromley, Kent, and finally in 1978 to Kingswood, Surrey.
Since 2007 the company no longer releases new material due to it having experienced over the previous years the drastic decline in broadcaster revenue. [1] Nevertheless, in September 2024, the company relaunched its site with a new logo.
