Hi, I'm new here and seeking guidance from this brain trust: As a kid growing up in the 1990s, I was a huge fan of a number of action TV shows which were produced by Paramount Television from that era, such as "J.A.G.", "The Marshal," "The Sentinel," "Viper," "High Incident," etc. I've also noticed that in many cases, these shows feature some of the same songs (variety of genres - from electronic dance to hip-hop). The fact that these songs are (a.) played in the background at low volume, and (b.) do not appear to have been licensed from major labels (Shazam IDs never work), makes me certain that Paramount Television's music supervisors were all getting their music from the same library(s) during that time period. I don't think I'm going to have much luck IDing individual songs from specific shows/episodes, so I figured I'd ask the question this way: Does anyone know what production music libraries were affiliated with Paramount Television from 1990-1999, and were thus commonly used by music supervisors working on their network productions? Hoping that will help me narrow my search so that I don't have to search dozens of libraries on this wiki, with millions of tracks. (Please also note: I'm quite familiar with the Mastersource catalog, and as far as I can tell, songs that I'm looking for didn't come from that library.)
